Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested for services and memberships purchased through TeamPulse.

2. Membership Fees

2.1 Cancellation Before Service Start

If you cancel your membership before the service period begins:

  • Full refund available if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the start date
  • No refund if cancelled on or after the start date

2.2 Cancellation During Service Period

Once the service period has begun:

  • Refunds are generally not available for partially used memberships
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (medical reasons with documentation, relocation, etc.)
  • Contact us to discuss your specific situation

3. Event Registrations

For event-based payments:

  • Full refund if event is cancelled by the organizer
  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before the event

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments. Regarding payment-related issues:

  • Failed transactions will not result in charges
  • Duplicate charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days
  • For payment disputes, contact us first before initiating a chargeback

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email atsupport@squadpulse.club
  2. Include your order/invoice number
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Attach any relevant documentation

Processing Time:Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Card payments: Refunded to the original card
  • Bank transfers: Refunded to the account of origin

Please note that refunds may take 5-14 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees
  • Processing fees
  • Services already rendered
  • Digital goods once accessed

8. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Technical errors on our part
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Force majeure circumstances
