Drepturile GDPR

1. Dreptul de acces (Articolul 15)

You have the right to:

• Request confirmation that we process your personal data
• Access a copy of your personal data
• Know the purposes of processing
• Know the categories of data we hold
• Know who we share your data with
• Know the retention period

2. Dreptul la rectificare (Articolul 16)

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or incomplete data completed.

3. Dreptul la ștergere (Articolul 17)

You can request deletion of your personal data when:

• The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose
• You withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis)
• You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data was unlawfully processed
• The data must be erased for legal compliance

Note: We may retain some data for legal obligations (e.g., financial records, tax requirements).

4. Dreptul la restricționarea prelucrării (Articolul 18)

You can request restriction of processing when:

• You contest the accuracy of the data (while we verify)
• Processing is unlawful but you don't want erasure
• We no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims
• You've objected to processing (pending verification)

5. Dreptul la portabilitatea datelor (Articolul 20)

You have the right to:

• Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format (e.g., JSON, CSV)
• Transfer your data to another service provider

This applies to data you provided to us, processed based on consent or contract.

6. Dreptul la opoziție (Articolul 21)

You can object to processing based on:

• Research/statistics - unless processing is for public interest
