SquadPulse provides a club management platform that enables organizations to:

  • Manage club memberships and member information
  • Process payments and invoices
  • Track attendance and schedules
  • Communicate with members
  • Generate reports and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled securely through NETOPIA Payments. By making a payment:

  • You authorize us to charge the amount specified
  • You confirm that payment information provided is accurate
  • You agree to receive electronic invoices and receipts

All prices are displayed in RON (Romanian Leu) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion may apply for other currencies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Server Hargita SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Server Hargita SRL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
